ACI Participates in Expo Mauritania and Reaffirms Its Vision for the National Economy
Abass Capital Investment Group (ACI) marked its participation in Expo Mauritania through the structured presence of its main subsidiaries: 3M Seafood, Fish Express, Sadaran, and Top Pack. Together, they showcased an integrated ecosystem covering seafood processing, export, industrial agriculture, and packaging.
As a committed contributor to the modernization of Mauritania’s economy, ACI develops innovative solutions in strategic sectors such as fisheries, agriculture, and industry, with the aim of creating sustainable value and supporting local employment.
During the official opening ceremony, the Group’s CEO, Mr. Moulaye Idriss Abass, welcomed His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, at the ACI stand. He presented the Group’s main activities and its integrated model, which spans the full value chain from production to distribution, while ensuring quality, food security, and the valorization of national resources.
Mr. Abass also highlighted the Group’s development prospects, its ambitions for economic diversification, and its investments in industrial agriculture and seafood processing, with a strong focus on job creation and innovation.
Over the four days of the exhibition, visitors explored a wide range of products and solutions developed by the Group’s subsidiaries. 3M Seafood showcased products derived from the processing of local marine resources, contributing to added value under the “Made in Mauritania” label, while Fish Express presented its expertise in seafood exports.
Sadaran highlighted its progress in industrial agriculture and food self-sufficiency, while Top Pack presented modern packaging solutions recognized as a key driver of product valorization and industrial competitiveness.
Through this participation, ACI reaffirms its position as a major player in Mauritania’s economic development. The Group aims to play a central role in the country’s industrial transformation by relying on innovation, sustainability, and the valorization of local resources, while actively contributing to the momentum of “Made in Mauritania.”
